PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a pain of a patient by preventing an insertion part of an endoscope from being pressed to wings of the nose etc. strongly in the case of inserting the insertion part transnasally by simple constitution.
SOLUTION: In the nose-fitting guard 10, a flange part 13 showing a function of preventing the guard 10 from being embedded into the nasal cavity when inserting the insertion part 2 into the body through the guard 10 is connected to one end of a guard main body 12 where an insertion path 11 for putting the insertion part 2 of the endoscope 1 through. The flange part 13 functions as a stopper part at the guard 10, and the guard main body 12 maximizes its diameter at the intermediate part of its outer surface, and this maximum diameter part 12M shows a function of preventing falling out from the nose.
