A seedling guard 1 that surrounds and protects the periphery of a seedling, is a rectangular windproof portion 2 that forms four side surfaces connected by a bendable folding portion 25, and a lower end of the windproof portion 2. An insertion foot 3 projecting vertically downward is formed, and the windproof portion 2 and the insertion foot 3 are flat plate bodies in which a hollow cylinder portion 30 is provided between the front surface 10 and the back surface 20.
