PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope scope including a sensor for detecting a material in a body cavity, and capable of preventing damage to the sensor, and to provide an endoscope system including the endoscope scope.SOLUTION: An endoscope scope is constituted of an insertion tube to be inserted into a body cavity, and a gas sensor provided on a distal part of the insertion tube, and detecting a prescribed kind of gas.
