The present invention relates to a smart medicine box with monitoring function of medicine taking status and its operation method, in which the medicine box will measure the weight before the medicine box is used so as to obtain the first total weight of the medicine bags, and record the time of medicine taking after the cover of the medicine box is opened, and then measure the weight after the box is closed again in order to obtain the weight difference. Through the time of medicine taking and the weight difference, the medicine box can make sure whether the time when the medicine is taken and the amount of the medicine taken are correct or not, and can feedback the warming accordingly so as to help solve the inconvenience of patients of chronic diseases, specifically the diabetes patients who need a great amount and types of medicines.本發明係關於一種具監測服藥狀況功能之智慧型藥盒及其運作方法，其係於藥盒使用前，藥盒會先量秤並取得藥袋的第一總重量；而後於藥盒盒蓋開啟時記錄一服用時間；再於盒蓋關閉後，再次進行量秤，因而取得重量差值。透過此服用時間以及重量差值，藥盒除了能掌握使用者服藥時間是否正確之外，也可一併掌握其服用藥量是否正確，並且給予回饋警示，有助於解決慢性病患者，特別是糖尿病病患者常持有大量且多種類藥物時的不便。
