PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent oversight of information and support detection of a cause.SOLUTION: In a medical information display system, a medical information display device 1 comprises a retrieval function 112, a detection function 114, and a display control function 115. The retrieval function 112 retrieves similar patient information including time-series medical examination information on a similar patient similar to an object patient based on object patient information including time-series medical examination information on the object patient. The detection function 114 detects information in which a difference between the object patient information and the similar patient information is equal to or greater than a first threshold as difference information.
