A drawing file conversion system for converting a DWG drawing file designed in cad into a TOMS(Telephone Outside-plant Management System) database is provided to convert an Auto-CAD(Computer-Aided Design) drawing designed for an underground communication line into the TOMS database easily and efficiently without designing any drawing for providing communication line information in a usual GIS(Geographic Information System) facility management system. A NIDIS-database converting module(100) constructs information by converting spatial/attribute data of each type through facility classification. A selecting module(200) extracts the spatial/attribute data from a converted drawing layer output from the NIDIS-database converting module. A storing module(300) stores a converted object of a facility extracted by the selecting module in a DXF file.
