PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To excellently perform visibility simulation of a multifocal intraocular lens.
SOLUTION: In an ophthalmic measurement program for simulating a retina image when an intraocular lens is worn, an operation part performs the following: a first step of acquiring first aberration data the cornea has and second aberration data the multifocal intraocular lens has a second step of acquiring pupil diameter data and visual target position data a third step of operating a distance PSF (Point Spread Function) due to an visual target luminous flux formed on a distance focus and a reading PSF due to an visual target luminous flux formed on a reading focus on the basis of the first aberration data, the second first aberration data, and the visual target position data and a fourth step at which a simulation image of a prescribed visual target is acquired on the basis of the distance PSF and the reading PSF, each image strength data of the visual target luminous flux formed on the distance focus and the reading focus on the basis of pupil diameter data are acquired, and a contract of a simulation image is changed.
