PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To switch between a non-spreading state in which fluid from an opening in the end of an insertion part of an endoscope is ejected without being impeded and a spreading state in which it is ejected while being spread within a predetermined range, without ejecting it in the shape of a tube and without increasing the diameter of the end of the insertion part.SOLUTION: A switching member 30 is arranged at the front of the end 3. The ejection area of the fluid which is ejected from a front water conveyance port 21 is switched by selectively switching the position of a spreading part 32 with respect to the front water conveyance port 21, without increasing the diameter of the end 3. When a non-spreading part 31 of the switching member 30 is arranged so that its position may match the front water conveyance port 21, the liquid supplied to a front water conveyance channel 22 is ejected from the front water conveyance port 21 in the direction of the pipe line axis of the front water conveyance channel 22 without being spread. When a spreading part 32 is arranged in the position where it obliquely covers the front water conveyance port 21, the liquid ejected from the front water conveyance port 21 is spread when it passes through the spreading part 32 and is ejected in a wide range ahead of the end 3.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】内視鏡の挿入部先端の開口部からの流体を妨げることなく噴出させる非拡散状態と、所定の範囲に拡散させて噴出させる拡散状態とを、中空状に噴出することなく、また挿入部先端の太径化を招くことなく切り換える。【解決手段】切換部材30を先端部3の前面に配置して前方送水口21に対する拡散部31の位置を選択的に切り換えることで前方送水口21から噴出される流体の噴出範囲を先端部3の太径化を招くことなく切り換える。切換部材30の非拡散部31の位置が前方送水口21に一致するように配置されたときには前方送水チャンネル22に供給される液体が前方送水口21から拡散されることなく前方送水チャンネル22の管路軸方向に噴出され、拡散部32が前方送水口21を斜めに覆うような位置に配置されると、前方送水口21から噴出される液体が拡散部32を通過する際に拡散され、先端部3前方の広い範囲で噴射される。【選択図】図4
