PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stereoscopic endoscope imaging device that has an optical system less in stray light.SOLUTION: A stereoscopic endoscope imaging device has: a first optical system that is arranged on a first optical path, and creates a first optical image； a second optical system that is arranged on a second optical path, and creates a second optical image； and an image pick-up elements shoots the first optical image and the second optical image. On each of the first optical path and the second optical path, a parallel flat plate and an optical path conversion element are located, and the parallel flat plate and the optical path conversion element are integrated. The parallel flat plate is composed of a single member, in which a prescribed position is an arbitrary position between an object side face of the parallel flat plate and an image side face of the optical path conversion element.
