A system for changing the angle of the tibia of a subject having osteoarthritis of the knee, comprising: a non-invasively correctable implant that contains a adjustable actuator configured to be placed inside a longitudinal cavity inside the tibia and having an external body and an inner shaft telescopically located in the external case, while the outer case is made with the possibility of connection with the first part of the tibia, and the inner shaft is made with of the connections to the second portion of the tibia, the second portion of the tibia is at least partially separated from the first portion of the tibia by means of osteotomy; leading element, which contains a permanent magnet and is configured to be remotely actuated in order to telescopically displace the inner rod with respect to the outer casing. 2. The system of claim 1, wherein the outer case comprises a Duke bend. 3. The system according to claim 2, where the bend of the Duke extends at an angle between 8˚ and 12˚ from the main axis of the outer casing. 4. The system of claim 1, wherein the permanent magnet comprises a radial pole rare earth magnet. The system of claim 1, wherein the inner shaft can be extended at least 9 mm from the outer housing.
