The present invention relates to a multi-layered liposome made of hyaluronate and chitosan, and to a production method thereof. According to the present invention, an increase in the number of polymeric electrolytic layers produced by the method can bring effective protection effects from external simulation, while showing continuous drug-releasing effects. In addition, hyaluronate-chitosan bilayers increases stability of liposome while enhancing skin penetration effects, compared to a case involving chitosan single coating.
