PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid seasoning for mixing with vegetables, especially a liquid seasoning capable of reducing bitterness of vegetables without damaging flavor of the vegetables during mixing with the vegetables such as lettuce even with containing no or less edible oil.SOLUTION: There is provided a liquid seasoning having the content of edible oil of less than 5% and pH of 4.0 to 5.0, containing sugar alcohol of monosaccharide and/or sugar alcohol of disaccharide of 14% to 30%, saline of 4% to 9%, fructose, dried fish soup and organic acid with the sugar alcohol of monosaccharide and/or the sugar alcohol of disaccharide of 2.5 pts to 10 pts based on 1 pts of the fructose.SELECTED DRAWING: None
