Disclosed are a device and a method for a rehabilitation exercise using a triaxial acceleration sensor. More specifically, a rehabilitation exercise to develop predetermined muscles for everyday life is produced and then distributed to a plurality of terminals based on the web. Movement information of a human body in accordance with the performance of the rehabilitation exercise is digitized based on a preset energy relation expression by using a triaxial acceleration sensor installed in each of the terminals. A motion pattern is generated and then compared to a pre-stored learning pattern to estimate a rehabilitation degree.
