PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin sense presentation system capable of providing a skin sense stimulus corresponding to arbitrary user operation.SOLUTION: An electronic device 2 includes: a touch panel 21 which is input means for accepting user operation； signal pattern generation means for generating a signal pattern corresponding to user operation； and communication means for transmitting a signal pattern to a wearable apparatus 1.
