The invention relates to an exoskeleton adaptable to various potential users anthropometric dimensions which has a modular structure which allows the development of an exoskeleton family, in the conditions of the possibilities for modifying the parameters specific to the passive mobilizations, thereby meant for a broad range of exercises for recovering the upper limb functions. According to the invention, the exoskeleton comprises some motors (1, 1 and 1) for providing the three anatomic movements at the shoulder joint level, another motor (1‘) for forearm flexion-extension from the elbow joint and some motors (3 and 4) for the hand abduction, adduction and flexion-extension, respectively, from the wrist, the movement being transmitted from the motors (1, 1, 1, 1‘, 3 and 4) to the elements which are integral with the upper limb, by means of some reducers (2, 2, 2, 2‘) for each motor (1, 1, 1 and 1‘) in the shoulder and elbow joints, as well as some adjustable elements (11, 10, 9, 6 and 5) for shoulder, arm, forearm and hand, and some profiled elements (8 and 7), for the exoskeleton secure attachment at the arm and forearm level by the adequate control of the motors (1, 1, 1, 1‘, 3 and 4), which drive into motion the elements which are integral with various segments of the upper limb, passively mobilizing the same, with the possibility of modifying the exercise specific parameters.
