PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition containing functional raw material and/or an extract remarkably reduced in unfavorable taste such as bitter taste and/or impure taste peculiar to the functional raw material and/or the extract even if the composition highly contains the functional raw material and/or the extract, and easy to take while being excellent in functionality.SOLUTION: The composition containing functional raw material and/or extract is obtained by addition of the sucralose.
