PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a more practical plant factory that effectively suppresses chip burn.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, there is provided a plant factory comprising an arrangement of: a cultivation container disposed in a planar direction； an illumination device disposed above the cultivation container, the device irradiating artificial light to a plant housed in the cultivation container and arranged below the illumination device； and an air conditioner. In the plant factory, the air conditioner includes: a device main body； a sock duct extending from the device main body to communicate between the cultivation containers and has a large number of pores formed in its surface； and a reflection panel disposed on a side of the cultivation container.
