PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture an actual bone model that is the same as a pair of joints with an affection to be operated, and to form it (corresponding to surgery) so as to determine whether a preoperative plan or surgery is appropriate or not.SOLUTION: The movable range prediction device for joint pairs, which generates a three-dimensional visible image from a slice medical image obtained by photographing the bone area composing a pair of joints to be operated by a CT or an MRI machine and moves the three-dimensional visible image on a screen so as to measure its region, direction, and amount, or its movable range for formulating the preoperative plan, manufactures the actual bone model that is the same as the pair of the joints based on the three-dimensional visible image, associates a certain region of the three-dimensional visible image with that of the actual bone model, actually moves the actual bone model so as to measure the movable range on the three-dimensional visible image moving reflected the movement.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】 手術対象となる疾患を有する関節対と同一の骨実体模型を製作し、これを整形(手術に該当)して術前計画や手術の適否を判断する。【解決手段】 手術対象となる関節対を構成する骨領域をCTやMRIで撮影して得たスライス医用画像から3次元可視画像を作成し、3次元可視画像を画面上で動かしてその部位、方向及び量、つまり、可動域を計測して術前計画を立てる関節対の可動域予測装置において、3次元可視画像を基に関節対と同一の骨実体模型を造形するとともに、3次元可視画像と骨実体模型の特定部位同士を対応付けし、骨実体模型を実際に動かしてその動きに反映されて動く3次元可視画像上での可動域計測をする。【選択図】 図2
