PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve downsizing and simplification of a device configuration and satisfactorily perform artificial joint replacement by reducing burden on patients and operators.SOLUTION: A CT image of the vicinity of a pelvis is acquired before an operation, and a three-dimension model of a pelvis portion is created on a computer. Using the virtual three-dimensional bone model, the installation position of a guide instrument and the like are planned, and a virtual three-dimensional operative site model including the guide instrument is constructed. Next, during the operation, the guide instrument is installed, a three-dimensional image of an operative site is acquired, and a measured three-dimensional operative site model including the guide instrument is acquired. The virtual three-dimensional operative site model and the measured three-dimensional operative site model are compared to detect an error between an ideal guide instrument installation position and an actual guide instrument installation position, and an operator is guided such that the error decreases.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】 装置構成の小型化、簡略化を図るとともに、患者及び術者の負担を軽減して、良好に人工関節置換を行う。
