Automatic segmentation apparatus for organ of interest based on three-dimensional medial axis model from non-contrast CT image and automatic segmentation method
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organ-of-interest image automatic segmentation device and an organ-of-interest image automatic segmentation method for automatically and accurately performing segmentation of an organ-of-interest on a non-contrast CT image. An organ-of-interest automatic segmentation apparatus includes a controller, and the controller includes an organ-of-interest candidate region segmentation unit, an organ-of-interest candidate region three-dimensional medial axis extraction unit, and an organ-of-interest three-dimensional medial axis model. A construction unit and a three-dimensional medial axis model reference segmentation unit for an organ of interest are provided.
