An optimized use of the storage table (6) is achieved in that the inlets (6b) feed the respective package (14) to one of the storage lines (6) in dependence on a degree of completeness of a package (14) and in that the outlets (6a) remove the respective package (14) from the respective storage lines (16) in dependence on the degree of completeness of the package (14).
