The present invention relates to a pouch for medical infusion of a drug by gravity, having at least 2 compartments, one (1) containing a drug in the form of a solution and the other (2) a rinse solution and means for separating / communicating compartments allowing the rinse solute to automatically enter the compartment containing the drug at the end of infusion. The rinse solution completes the infusion and thus rinses the drug bag and infusion line, thereby eliminating the risk of contamination and the loss of residual medication from the pouch and from the infusion line.La présente invention concerne une poche à usage médical pour perfusion d'unmédicament par gravité, comportant au moins 2 compartiments, l'un (1)contenant un médicament sous forme d'une solution et l'autre (2) un soluté derinçage et des moyens de séparation/communication des compartiments nepermettant au soluté de rinçage de pénétrer automatiquement dans lecompartiment contenant le médicament qu'en fin de perfusion. Le soluté derinçage termine la perfusion donc rince la poche de médicament et la ligne deperfusion, permettant ainsi de supprimer les risques de contamination et laperte du médicament résiduel de la poche et de celui contenu dans la ligne deperfusion.
