PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lift seat wheelchair which a user can use a setting type toilet as he/she is sitting thereon and is simply structured and inexpensive.SOLUTION: A seat rack (11) in which a seat (20) has a hole (20a) on a traveling truck (3) is connected to the truck (3) by a Kemp parallel motion mechanism (22) to actuate an operation cylinder (18) connected at a movable origin by a shaft (15a) to lift the seat rack (11) down to the position contacting the toilet seat on the toilet.
