An object of the present invention is to provide a composition capable of preventing and improving fat deposition in the liver despite the history of alcohol consumption to the extent that alcohol consumption does not cause liver disease. The present inventors have found that glutathione has an effect of preventing and improving fat deposition in the liver that is not caused by alcohol, and completed the present invention. In particular, the present invention is effective when a non-alcoholic fatty disease is not treated in the initial stage of treatment or other diseases.
