A method for genetic diagnosis of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease in patients comprises the measurement of anthropometric parameters and calculation of body mass index (BMI), insulin resistance determination (IP) on the results of blood biochemical studies, assessment of fat content in the liver according to the method for instrumental studies and molecular genetic analysis of DNA samples using the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) with the determination of genetic variants of polymorphic gene adiponectin receptor 1 (ADIPORl (rs 666089)). The assessment of fat in the liver is carried out in patients with both IP, and without IP, while conducting ultrasonography of the abdomen, in the course of which the ehoschilnist liver (Mh) and ehoschilnist kidney (Mr) are estimated, ultrasonic hepatorenalnyy index (Eager) is calculated using innovative formula proposed by the authors: Ihp = Mh/Mr, additionally the results of biomedical research in determining serum concentrations of adiponectin, in patients with IP and no IP, which is determined in the presence of GG genotype at polymorphic gene ADIPORl (rs 666089), the concentration of adiponectin in serum is decreased in comparison with the established norm, not less than 1.5 times, and the calculated value Eager not more than 2, diagnosed early development of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, which is caused by genetically determined disturbance of regulation of lipogenesis and fat deposition in liverСпосіб генетичної діагностики неалкогольної жирової хвороби печінки включає вимірювання у хворих антропометричних параметрів з розрахуванням індексу маси тіла (ІМТ), визначення інсулінорезистентності (IP) за результатами біохімічних досліджень крові, оцінку вмісту жиру у печінці за даними інструментального методу досліджень та молекулярно-генетичний аналіз зразків ДНК за методом полімеразної ланцюгової реакції (ПЛР) з визначенням генетичних варіантів поліморфного гену рецептора адипонектину 1 (ADIPORl(rs 666089)).
