PURPOSE: A medicine patch and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase yield and prevent loss of medicine by simplifying a cutting process to be one process. CONSTITUTION: A medicine patch comprise a medicine section(1) and a wrapping unit(2). The medicine section comprises a medicine layer(11), a release film layer(12), and a protecting film layer(13). The release film layer is adhered to the lower part of the medicine layer, prevents contamination of the medicine layer, and is removed when attached to an affected part. The wrapping unit is formed with a sealing part(25) which seals four edges, and is sealed. A top wrapping layer(21) is formed with embossing(26) in a fixed interval to have a good release ability for the medicine section. The wrapping unit is formed with 1-2 notch parts(27) which facilitate tearing of the wrapping unit to easily take out the medicine section. [Reference numerals] (AA) Cross section of a medicine part； (BB) Cross section of a sealing part본 발명은 경피투여용 약제를 부착시킨 약제층과, 상기 약제층의 하부에 부착되어 상기 약제층에 이물질이 오염되는 것을 방지하고 환부에 부착 시 제거하는 이형필름층과, 상기 약제층의 상부에 부착되어 상기 약제층의 외부 손실을 방지하고 환부에 신축성을 유지시켜 주는 보호필름층으로 구성된 약제부와； 상기 약제부의 외부를 감싸 밀폐시키고 상기 약제의 흘러내림현상이 있을 시 상기 약제의 외부 누출을 방지하며, 상기 약제부의 보호필름층이 있는 상부를 상부포장지 원단으로 감싸는 상부포장층과 상기 약제부의 이형필름층이 있는 하부를 하부포장지 원단으로 감싸는 하부포장층으로 이루어진 포장부로 구성되며, 상기 포장부는 4방 가장자리가 실링되는 실링부가 형성되어 공기가 통하지 않게 밀폐되며, 상기 상부포장층에는 상기 약제부와의 이형성을 좋게 하기 위하여 일정 간격으로 엠보싱이 형성되고, 상기 포장부에는 상기 약제부를 꺼내기 쉽도록 하기 위해 상기 포장부를 쉽게 찢을 수 있는 1~2개소의 노치부가 형성되며, 상기 약제부를 2차 커팅하지 않는 약제패치 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 이형성이 좋은 약제패치 및 그 제조방법에 따르면 약제부를 2차 커팅을 하지 않아 제조공정이 단순하고, 약제부의 로스가 없어 수율이 좋으며, 흘러내림현상으로 약제층의 약제가 일부 빠져 나와도 엠보싱이 있어 포장재를 분리하는데 용이한 이형성을 향상시키는 효과가 있다.
