The present invention essentially relates to a portable unit with lance, incorporating a steam generator and a tank of sanitiser which can optimise the sanitising and disinfecting of surfaces by steam, and with an assembly of pipes and electrical supply cable and a human-machine interface , which authorises the supply of fluids and electrical power, either in-situ on any local network which has a supply of water and electricity and a centralised air blowing/sucking device, or on a module that can be carried by a user which incorporates autonomous means for managing fluids and electricity.
