PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic emulsion which is stable at a pH in the range of 3 to 5.5 and expresses a wide range of textures ranging from fluid to cream to be available.SOLUTION: A cosmetic composition of an oil-in-water type emulsion formed of oily small spheres each having lamella liquid crystal coating and dispersed in a water-based phase is provided.
