PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably and readily prepare a water-in-oil type emulsified composition having a liquid crystal structure in an aqueous phase which is difficult to prepare conventionally due to the mechanical and chemical instability of the liquid crystal structure in the aqueous phase, and to provide a cosmetic and external preparation for skin containing the same.SOLUTION: The above subject is solved by finding that when a liquid crystal structure is constructed in an aqueous phase by containing (a) β-branched monoalkyl phosphate ester, (b) one or more neutralizer selected from a basic amino acid, an organic base, and an inorganic base, and (c) water in the aqueous phase as an essential ingredient, and further the aqueous phase is emulsified and dispersed into oil, a water-in-oil type emulsified composition retaining the liquid crystal structure in the aqueous phase can be prepared stably and readily without receiving the effect of species of oil components or emulsifying agents.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】水相中の液晶構造が機械的および化学的に不安定であるために、従来、調製が困難であった水相中に液晶構造を持った油中水型乳化組成物を、安定かつ容易に調製すること及びそれを配合した化粧料又は皮膚外用剤を提供することを課題とした。【解決手段】水相中に(a)β分岐型モノアルキルリン酸エステル、(b)塩基性アミノ酸、有機塩基、無機塩基から選ばれる1種または2種以上の中和剤、(c)水を必須成分として含有することにより、水相中に液晶構造を構築し、さらにその水相を油中に乳化、分散させた際に、油性成分や乳化剤の種類に影響を受けることなく、水槽中に液晶構造を保持した油中水型乳化組成物を安定かつ容易に調製できることを見出し、上記課題を解決するに至った。【選択図】なし
