The present invention relates to a solidifying method for natural and artificial oil bodies by incorporating 70% or higher percentage of mannitol to the solution of oil bodies, and then solidified in a drying process. The solidified oil bodies of the invention include those isolated from natural sources, and the artificial oil bodies with or without encapsulating desired materials. The solidified oil bodies can be used for the preparation of powder or tablet dosage form, for they could maintain similar sizes andintegrity before and after solidification as observed under a light microscope, and won’t coalesced to form large oil drops.本發明係關於一種天然及人造油體之固化方法,其係藉由將70%以上之甘露糖醇與油體溶液混合,再進行乾燥程序而成。本發明之固化油體可為天然來源之油體,或是有或無包含欲載負物質的人造油體。經過本發明方法固化之油體,在乾燥前與乾燥後皆保持相似的大小及結構完整性,不會發生油體聚結現象,可應用於粉末或錠劑劑型之製備。
