PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation irradiation device capable of storing storage property and portability, and capable of being handled even at a narrow place.SOLUTION: A radiation irradiation device comprises: a radiation generation part 10 for generating radiation; a collimator part 20 for controlling an irradiation range of the radiation generated by the radiation generation part 10; and an interval securing part 21 having a contact member 24 which contacts a subject when a distance between the radiation generation part 10 and the subject which is irradiated with the radiation becomes smaller than a preset distance, and securing an interval between the radiation generation part 10 and the subject.
