The present invention relates to a radiation irradiating device and a control method thereof and, more specifically, to a radiation irradiating device capable of adjusting an irradiation direction of radiation with respect to a plurality of optical signals, and a control method thereof. According to the present invention, the radiation irradiating device comprises: a radiation module to irradiate radiation in a preset irradiation direction； a reference light output unit to output an optical signal in a plurality of output directions in accordance with a plurality of preset parameters； and a control unit to control operation of the irradiation module and the reference light output unit. Each output direction is different from the preset irradiation direction as much as a plurality of individual angles corresponding to each of a plurality of individual parameters.
