The automatic work system comprises a set mode, and in the set mode, the automatic work system executes: a) receiving an environmental signal existing in an ambient environment b) determining whether the environmental signal comprises a signal corresponding to the preset parameter c) when the environmental signal in step b) comprises, recording the preset parameter d) selecting a preset parameter, the selected preset parameter being different from the recorded preset parameter, and the signal generating device (6) generating the boundary signal according to the selected preset parameter.
