The present invention relates to an apparatus for local irradiation of low energy radiation, and more specifically, to an apparatus for local irradiation of low energy radiation, which is capable of irradiating low energy radiation to a localized region. The apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a bed part in one side of which a first receiving space capable of receiving an operation object is formed, and which is linearly movable along a horizontal or vertical direction； and an irradiation part in an inner side of which a second receiving space capable of receiving a portion of the bed part is formed, and which irradiates radiation to the preset position after rotating in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction along a circumferential direction around the bed part received in the second receiving space such that the irradiation part is moved to a preset position.
