A food processing attachment (10) for a food processing device (12) includes a rotational adapter (22) configured to be selectively coupled with a drive system (24) of the food processing device (12). A food holder (26) is coupled to the rotational adapter (22) and having a base (28), wherein the food holder (26) is selectively rotated by the rotational adapter (22). A central spear (30) extends perpendicularly from a center of the base (28). A plurality of radial flanges (36) extend perpendicularly from the base (28), wherein each radial flange (36) of the plurality of flanges (36) is discontinuous with the other radial flanges (36), wherein the central spear (30) and the plurality of radial flanges (36) are adapted to secure a food item (16) in a processing space (38) and in communication with the rotational adapter (22). A blade (18) is coupled to an operable carriage (20) and is adapted to selectively engage the food item (16) within the processing space (38) to remove at least a portion of the food item (16).
