PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic apparatus capable of appropriately suppressing an influence of an image being rotated when luminous flux is rotated.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic apparatus includes a base optical system 7L, an optical member 85, and a rotation part 81L. The base optical system 7L includes at least either an emission part for emitting luminous flux or a light reception part for receiving the luminous flux. The optical member 85 has optical power and is provided on an optical path between the base optical system 7L and an eye to be examined. The rotation part 81L changes luminous flux on an eye-to-be-examined side extending from the optical member 85 to the eye to be examined by rotating the luminous flux at a rotation position S between the optical member 85 on the optical path and the base optical system 7L.
