The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for repairing the eardrum, which comprises: a collagen, a forming agent, and a solvent, wherein the volume percentage of the collagen is 5-10%, the volume percentage of the forming agent is 3-5%, and the volume percentage of the solvent is the rest volume percentage. In addition, the present invention further provides a method for manufacturing a relived membrane holder for repairing eardrum by using the pharmaceutical composition, which is used for repairing eardrum. Through applying the pharmaceutical composition to the ear cavity, the relived membrane holder would form across the ear cavity to repair the eardrum effectively.本發明係有關於一種修復耳膜之醫藥組成物,包括:一膠原蛋白、一成形劑、以及一溶劑。其中,膠原蛋白之體積百分比係介於5-10%間,成形劑之體積百分比係介於3-5%間,而溶劑係占餘量之體積百分比。此外,本發明另提供一種使用修復耳膜之醫藥組成物製備耳膜再生膜狀支架之方法,透過提供如上述之修復耳膜醫藥組成物,將其施於耳腔中,以形成一有效修復耳膜之耳膜再生膜狀支架。
