PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrocardiogram measurement device capable of sufficiently ensuring accuracy of derived induction while saving time and labor of previously measuring induction of arbitrary part of an individual subject.SOLUTION: An electrocardiogram measurement device calculates: a first group coefficient for deriving additional B induction (B is an integer equal to or larger than 1) from A induction (A is an integer equal to or larger than 4) on a group having predetermined number of persons and a second group coefficient for deriving additional D induction (D is equal to A-C) from C induction (C is an integer equal to or larger than 3 and equal to or smaller than A-1). The electrocardiogram measurement device calculates: a first individual coefficient for deriving B induction from A induction, for each individual in the group and a second individual coefficient for deriving D induction from C induction. The electrocardiogram measurement device derives B induction of a specific subject by calculating a first individual coefficient of the specific subject on the basis of the relation between the magnitude of a ratio of the first group coefficient to the second group coefficient and the magnitude of a ratio of the first individual coefficient to the second individual coefficient and a second individual coefficient calculated on the basis of A induction of the specific subject acquired by an electrocardiogram measurement.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】被検者個人の任意の部位の誘導を事前に測定しておく手間を省きつつ、導出誘導の精度を十分に確保できる心電図測定装置を提供する。【解決手段】所定人数の集団について、A誘導(Aは4以上の整数)から付加的なB誘導(Bは1以上の整数)を導出する第1集団係数と、C誘導(Cは3以上かつA-1以下の整数)から付加的なD誘導(DはA-C)を導出する第2集団係数と、を算出する。また、上記集団の各個人について、A誘導からB誘導を導出する第1個人係数と、C誘導からD誘導を導出する第2個人係数と、を算出する。そして、第1集団係数と第2集団係数との比の大きさと第1個人係数と第2個人係数との比の大きさとの間の関係と、特定被検者のA誘導を心電図測定により取得し、当該A誘導に基づいて算出された第2個人係数と、に基づいて特定被検者の第1個人係数を算出し、特定被検者のB誘導を導出する。【選択図】図2
