To provide an adapter for cleaning an endoscope so that connecting portions between mouthpieces can be directly cleaned and disinfected without causing liquid leakage.SOLUTION: In an adapter 10 for cleaning an endoscope, connecting portions between adapter mouthpieces of base end parts 61 and 71 of pipe-like members 60 and 70 and pipe line mouthpieces 11 and 12 of the endoscope 1 are exposed to the outside from a through-hole 41 when an adapter body is connected to the endoscope 1.
