An algaculturing adherent rack structure device includes a bottom frame, an upper frame, at least one connection post and a plurality of top support posts. The bottom frame is disposed on a bottom floor of a culture pond or tank and the upper frame is provided on an upper portion of the bottom frame. The connection post connects the bottom frame with the upper frame so as to fix the bottom frame and the upper frame. The top support posts connect with a top portion of the upper frame such that the top support posts are disposed on a water surface.
