PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously complete, with one touch operation, the release of a telescopic mechanism and the disconnection of an inside operating-force transmitting mechanism, and the fixing of the telescopic mechanism and the connection of the operating-force transmitting mechanism.SOLUTION: The telescopical frame with the operating-force transmitting mechanism is configured such that two pipes 3A and 3B are nested so as to be able to be extended and shortened by pulling out the inside pipe 3A, and a driving portion and a portion to be driven, which are disposed at one end and the other end, respectively, are connected, thereby rendering these portions movable in conjunction with each other. In the frame, a connection lever 36 to which a second transmitting member 32 is biased to a first transmitting member 31 against a second spring member 38 by use of the leading end 33b of a positioning pin 33 connecting the outside pipe 3B and inside pipe 3A.
