The present invention provides a livestock feeder for scraping and removing feed residue stuck to an inner surface of a feed discharge pipe by forming a scraper with a flexible wire or an elastic body. The livestock feeder of the present invention comprises: a hopper； a rotating shaft installed in an inner space of the hopper and rotated by a motor； a feed discharge pipe installed at a lower end of the hopper and discharging feed； and a feed support for containing the feed discharged from the feed discharge pipe. The livestock feeder of the present invention further comprises: an elastic scraper having one end fixed to an outer diameter of the rotating shaft, and the other end elastically in contact with the inner surface of the feed discharge pipe to rotate in accordance with the rotation of the rotating shaft and scooping off feed residue stuck to the inner surface of the feed discharge pipe.본 발명은 휨이 자유로운 와이어 또는 탄성체 등으로 스크레퍼를 구성하여 사료배출관의 내면에 들러붙어 있는 사료찌꺼기를 긁어 제거토록 한 가축용 급이기를 제공한다.이를 구현하기 위한 본 발명은 호퍼, 상기 호퍼의 내부 공간에 설치되며 모터의 동력으로 회전하는 회전축과, 상기 호퍼의 하단에 설치되며 사료를 배출하는 사료배출관, 상기 사료배출관에서 배출되는 사료를 담아내는 사료받침대로 구성한 가축용 급이기에 있어서, 상기 회전축의 외경에 일단을 고정하고, 타단은 상기 사료배출관의 내면에 탄력적으로 접촉시킨 상태에서 상기 회전축의 회전 동작에 따라 회전하며 상기 사료배출관의 내면에 들러붙어 있는 사료찌꺼기를 긁어 제거하는 탄성스크레퍼가 더 포함되어 설치됨을 특징으로 한다.
