PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparation method of 7-hydroxyflavone derivative.SOLUTION: The 7-hydroxyflavone derivative can be prepared via the following steps: (1) extracting the pericarp of a citrus fruit or an essential oil obtained therefrom with a hydrophilic organic solvent and then concentrating the extract (2) adding a hydrophobic organic solvent to the obtained concentrate and extracting with an aqueous alkali solution (3) adjusting the pH value of the alkali extract to an acidic level and collecting the crystals thus precipitated by filtration to give crude crystals and, if necessary, (4) recrystallizing the crude crystals from an organic solvent to give the 7-hydroxyflavone derivative.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】7-ヒドロキシフラボン誘導体の調製方法を提案する。【解決手段】7-ヒドロキシフラボン誘導体は、下記の工程を経て調製することができる:1)柑橘類の果皮またはそれから得られる精油を、親水性有機溶媒を用いて抽出した後、濃縮する、2)得られた濃縮物に疎水性有機溶媒を加え、アルカリ水溶液で抽出する、3)アルカリ抽出液のpHを酸性に調整した後、析出結晶を濾取して粗結晶を得る、必要に応じて4)粗結晶を有機溶媒で再結晶して、上記7-ヒドロキシフラボン誘導体を得る。【選択図】なし
