PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for protein hydrolysis that is highly safe and easy to carry out.SOLUTION: The method of protein hydrolysis includes the following processes in this order: protein hydrolysis with sulfuric acid, neutralization with calcium hydroxide, addition of a hydrophilic organic solvent and filtration. The hydrolysate obtained by this method serves the intention of the invention when used in external preparation for skin such as cosmetics, though, of course, usable for food and internal medicine. Hydrophilic organic solvent can be ethanol of which elimination is not necessarily required before final product and of which cost is low.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明の目的は、安全性が高く、製造方法も容易な蛋白質の加水分解の方法を得ることにある。【解決手段】蛋白質を硫酸で加水分解し、水酸化カルシウムで中和した後、親水性有機溶媒を加えたのち、濾過する蛋白質の加水分解の方法。上記の方法で得た、蛋白質加水分解物は、食品、内服薬等にも勿論利用できるが、化粧品をはじめとする皮膚外用剤に用いることが、本発明の趣旨にかなう。親水性有機溶媒はエタノールは最終製品になる前に必ずしも除く必要もなく、コストも低い。【選択図】なし
