PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accomplish miniaturization and achieve high reliability in an X-ray high voltage device, an X-ray computer tomographic device and an X-ray diagnosis device.SOLUTION: An AC/DC converter 51 generates a DC voltage. An inverter 53 converts the DC voltage from the AC/DC converter 51 to an AC voltage. A high voltage converter 55 converts the AC voltage from the inverter 53 to a DC high voltage to be applied to an X-ray tube 131. The high voltage converter 55 specifically has a high voltage transformer 57 and plural high voltage rectifying and smoothing circuits 59. The high voltage transformer 57 has a primary coil 61 and plural secondary coils 63. The primary coil 61 has a primary winding 67 wound along an iron core 65. The plural secondary coils 63 are arranged along the iron core 65. The plural high voltage rectifying and smoothing circuits 59 are connected to plural secondary windings 69 respectively, and connected to the X-ray tube 131 in series. The primary winding 67 is wound along the iron core 65 so that the gap is denser at the end portions of the iron core 65 than that at the center portion of the iron core 65.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2【課題】小型化を達成しつつ高信頼性を実現すること【解決手段】ＡＣ／ＤＣコンバータ５１は直流電圧を発生する。インバータ５３はＡＣ／ＤＣコンバータ５１からの直流電圧を交流電圧に変換する。高電圧変換部５５はインバータ５３からの交流電圧をＸ線管１３１に印加するための直流高電圧に変換する。高電圧変換部５５は、具体的には、高圧トランス５７と複数の高圧整流平滑回路５９とを有する。高圧トランス５７は、一次コイル６１と複数の二次コイル６３とを有する。一次コイル６１は鉄心６５に沿って巻かれた一次巻線６７を有する。複数の二次コイル６３は鉄心６５に沿って配列されている。複数の高圧整流平滑回路５９は、複数の二次巻線６９にそれぞれ接続され、且つＸ線管１３１に直列的に接続されている。一次巻線６７は、鉄心６５の中央部に比して端部において間隔が密になるように鉄心６５に沿って巻かれる。【選択図】 図２
