The claimed subject matter relates to medical devices, more particularly, to an X-ray, namely, to the structure of the main chain of X-ray generators, which are equipped with X-ray machines for medical purposes. The aim of this work is the development of electronic high-frequency converter circuit, allowing to create a high-power X-ray tube unit on the basis of a more affordable and cheap low-voltage FET. The technical result of the claimed utility model is expressed in the expand arsenal of technical means for high power X-ray tubes. This is achieved in that the high-voltage X-ray tube power supply comprising a series connection of the power rectifier, a high frequency inverter on the IGBT-transistor operating at the resonant circuit with a frequency-modulated with the master oscillator, a high voltage transformer and high voltage rectifier network rectifier filter comprises a chain series-connected capacitors in an amount of N pieces, and a high frequency inverter is formed by a chain of serially connected Silov x inverters in an amount of N pieces, each of which is connected to one of the filter capacitor, wherein the power inverter outputs are connected to a power combiner connected to the high voltage transformer.Заявляемый объект относится к медицинской технике, точнее к рентгеновской, а именно, к конструкции главной цепи рентгеновских генераторов, которыми комплектуются рентгенодиагностические аппараты медицинского назначения. Целью настоящей работы является разработка электронной схемы высокочастотного преобразователя, позволяющей создать высоковольтный блока питания рентгеновской трубки на базе более доступных и дешевых низковольтных полевых транзисторах. Технический результат заявляемой полезной модели выражается в расширении арсенала технических средств для высоковольтного питания рентгеновских трубок.
