A micro facial massager of the present disclosure includes a housing, a circuit board, a driving motor, an eccentric wheel arranged on an output shaft of the driving motor, a massage piece, batteries and a placed groove arranged on a battery box and positioned by the batteries. A bottom of the placed groove is configured with a through hole. The battery box is dismountable and is insertable into the housing. The micro facial massager further comprises two metal connectors, where the two metal connectors are corresponding fixed in the housing and are connected with the circuit board by the wires. When the battery box is insertable into the housing, the two metal connectors press an anode and a cathode of the battery, respectively. Thus, it is convenient to only open the battery box to replace the batteries.
