The present invention relates to a fluid sterilizer which installs a PCB having UV LEDs on both surfaces of the PCB in a pipeline in which a fluid flows to increase sterilization efficiency and minimize flow resistance of the fluid. The fluid sterilizer comprises: a body housing in which a fluid flows an inner housing having a flow space formed in a flow direction of the fluid in the body housing a circuit board accommodated in an accommodation space in the inner housing and a plurality of UV LEDs mounted on both sides of the circuit board. The inner housing comprises a first surface and a second surface on both sides of the circuit board to face each other. The first surface and the second surface face each other around the circuit board. A portion of the UV LEDs are arranged on the first surface in the fluid flowing direction, and at least a portion of the remaining UV LEDs are arranged on the second surface in the fluid flowing direction.
