The present invention relates to provide a trap for capturing an octopus. The trap comprises: a container part that is joined by a hinge part, is symmetrically divided into two sub-parts around the hinge part, and has an opening part on one side and through holes on the other side； a weight containing groove that includes a joining piece, which correspondingly joins, on one side of the container part and contains a weight in the shape of a cube obtained by covering a cement object with a synthetic resin. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the trap is manufactured by an injection molding method, can be easily pulled up from the sea because water is easily discharged from the trap through multiple through-holes formed on a side part of a body, and can easily contain the weight, obtained by covering a cement object with a synthetic resin, on a lower portion thereof because the joining piece is formed with the hinge part. Therefore, the trap can prevent ocean pollution, can have enhanced durability, and thus is very useful.본 발명은 힌지부에 의해 연결되고 상기 힌지부를 중심으로 대칭되도록 양분되되 일측에는 개구부가 형성되고, 타측에는 통공이 형성된 용기부와, 상기 용기부의 일측에는 서로 대응되어 결합되도록 하는 결합구를 구비하고, 시멘트를 합성수지로 감싼 사각괴형상의 무게추가 내장되도록 하기 위한 무게추 내장홈으로 구성되는 문어포획용 통발를 제공하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 문어포획용 통발의 효과로는 통발을 사출성형방식에 의해 제조하되 몸체의 측면부에 다수개의 통공을 형성하여 물빠짐을 쉽게 하여 통발의 인양을 용이하게 하고, 또 힌지부와 결합구를 형성하여 시멘트를 합성수지로 감싼 무게추를 통발의 하부에 쉽게 내장할 수 있도록 함으로써 해양오염방지와 통발의 내구성을 향상시킬 수 매우 유용한 발명인 것이다.
