PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planter, even when installed outside, capable of suppressing expansion or contraction caused by cold/heat, wind/rain, or sunshine, or the like.SOLUTION: A planter includes a body configured with a culture container 1 opening upward and storing a culture medium inside. The culture container 1 is that a core material 2 comprising a metal plate 21 is coated with a surface material 3 comprising a synthetic resin having weatherability. The planter may be provided with a liquid manure container 4 that the core material 2 comprising the metal plate 21 is coated with the surface material 3 comprising the synthetic resin having weatherability, and that opens upward, stores the culture container 1, and enables storing a liquid at a bottom.
